Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when refunds are and are not available for purchases made on StoryLink. It forms part of our Terms of Use. StoryLink is operated by Reality Play, based in Delhi, India.

What You Are Purchasing

StoryLink sells digital "word packs" (credits) that are used to generate AI reader-perspective reviews. Word credits are delivered to your account immediately upon successful payment and are consumed as you generate reviews. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Razorpay, in Indian Rupees (INR) or, where supported, your local currency.

All Sales Are Final

Because word packs are digital goods delivered instantly, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account, except in the specific circumstances described below or as otherwise required by applicable law. Unused word credits are non-refundable.

When We Provide Refunds

We will review refund requests in the following situations:

  • Failed delivery: your payment was charged but the corresponding word credits were not added to your account.
  • Duplicate charges: you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • Unauthorized transactions: a payment was made from your account or payment instrument without your authorization. Please report these to us promptly, and in any case within 7 days of the charge, so we can investigate.
  • Technical fault on our side that prevented you from receiving what you paid for.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at lakshya.gupta.ug24@plaksha.edu.in from the email address associated with your account, and include your payment or order ID and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 5 business days.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Razorpay. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it typically takes 5–7 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account after we process it.

Cancellations

One-time word-pack purchases cannot be cancelled once the credits have been delivered to your account. If we introduce subscription products in the future, the applicable cancellation terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase.
